My stay at The Douglas was very nice overall. The large room with its modern decor and separate sitting area was truly comfortable. However, I did experience some noise disturbances during the weekend, which detracted a bit from the tranquility. Still, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made a positive impact on my stay. 🌟
